cricinfo debut

Hopefully some of you realised yesterday that we made our debut on cricinfo. Or not.

It was an interesting start. At one point the flud of hits on the site had caused the tfs.net to crash- or so I thought. Apparently it was just an issue with firefox.

Have a look at what went on there by clicking on this clever little link

And thanks for all your support over the years!

So Damith, how does it feel to be the first Sri Lankan after King Kumar to be a writer for cricinfo?

Oh I didn’t know that. But still it’s cool to be in cricinfo, though sometimes it’s still crapinfo. LOL.

Plug? You mean you like me to write for FlySlip? That’d be cool.

    Btw,

“I hope I can get a few more up their with SL oriented stuff.”

didn’t sound exactly right. You know what I mean.

Very amusing and creative article! I read the whole thing and looked down to see who the writer was, and I was like,
    “Wait, I know this blog!”
Keep it up (with the Sri Lankans)

April 2, 2012 at 2:57 pmIt seems to me the real point in this post is to take action. Invest in yourself, whether that be formal education or school of hard Knocks. The beauty is you have a choice and the opteipunitros are endless. I too have an advanced degree, but some of the smartest and most creative people I know don’t have big credentials behind their name. Great post. Reply
